Policies for Adult Art Classes

Tuition is $30 per class.  Each class is 2 hours long and meets once a week.  Tuition is paid by the month ($120 or $150 on months with 5 classes) and is due no later than the second class of that month. .  Pro-rating a month (paying for only a few of the classes each month) will only be permitted during the summer months (June, July, and August) and during December.  If a student has to leave in the middle of a month, the unattended classes can be ŇfrozenÓ and applied when the student returns. Tuition cannot be refunded.  Tuition can be paid in cash or by check.  Checks should be made out to Jessica Dupree.



Students will be responsible for purchasing, caring for, and remembering to bring their own supplies for class. 


Class Size

Classes are semi-private and are 2 to 4 students.  Each student will be working on their own project and moving through the program at their own rate.


Cancellation and Make Up Policy

Mrs. Dupree must be notified of a cancellation at least an hour before the missed class in order to receive a makeup class. Each student is allowed to use one make up per month that will be applied as a reduction of tuition for the next month.  For example: If the student calls and cancels a class in March, the class rolls over to April and she will get $25 off the price of AprilŐs tuition.  There are no refunds for missed classes.



The following are days that the studio will be closed.  Classes that fall on these days will have an automatic deduction of tuition for that month.  The studio will be closed: New YearŐs Eve, New YearŐs Day, Good Friday, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
